During your first appointment, we’ll start with an assessment to get a sense of your foot care needs, and relevant health issues and history.

Our Process
We follow a standard approach for both in-clinic and in-home clients, with assessment and treatment included in your visit.
Foot health can be complex, with numerous additional health factors to consider before implementing a course of treatment. We’ll assess these at the start of your appointment, and create a plan tailored to your needs based on that assessment.
During your first appointment, we’ll get to know you and understand any current and historical concerns. From there, we’ll begin treatment, and subsequent visits, if needed, can build upon that initial care plan.

We offer the highest quality of care to our clients. In addition to our assessment and treatment, you can expect us to deliver the following.
A Personalized Plan of Care
Throughout your course of treatment, whether it’s one visit or consistent maintenance over time, we’ll work based on a care plan that addresses your specific concerns. In some cases, we may coordinate with your doctor or other primary care providers, with your consent, to ensure your foot care plan aligns with and complements any other health care you may be receiving.
Before starting any treatment, we’ll clearly communicate about your treatment plan to ensure you’re comfortable moving forward.
Clinical Sterilization
We pride ourselves on delivering care that meets the highest clinical standards for hygiene and sterilization. We use our own Class B autoclave to sterilize instruments after each client visit and ensure that they remain sterile until the point of use, and meet Canada’s stringent Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) standards.
Friendly & Accessible Service
In setting our fee structure, we’ve considered standard coverage rates from secondary insurance providers, and the cost of in-home and clinical services outlined above. While secondary insurance providers offer reimbursement for our services, we understand that not all clients have access to this kind of coverage.
In these circumstances, we’re happy to work with clients and their families to arrange treatment that’s flexible and accessible, while still maintaining the highest quality of care.
